Special Services

At Xcaret we know that our visitors sometimes need special attention, so in order to make your stay more pleasant we offer you the following services:

Wheel Chairs
Xcaret is not 100% accessible to our visitors in wheel chairs, as many areas can be reached only by stairs or narrow roads; but 60% of the park can be visited without problem. Special wheel chair rental is $15 USD for the day, available from 8:30am to 9:00pm

Baby strollers
Stroller Rental $9 USD. Ask for this service at the main entrance. Deposit is required. Available from 9:00am to 10:00pm.

Lockers
If you need a place to keep your belongings you can rent a locker for $2 USD. Service available at the Main Plaza from 8:30am to 9:00pm and at the Beach from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Towels
Rental $3 USD. Service available at the Main Plaza from 8:30am to9:00pm and at the River/Beach store from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Snorkeling Equipment
If you wish to explore the wonders of the Caribbean, you can bring your own snorkeling equipment or rent it at the park for $10 USD, it includes fins, mask and snorkel tube.

Paramedics and Infirmary
We are prepared to assist our visitors in the case of any contingency.
